I'll admit, I was too young to be around when personal websites were the norm, but I really appreciate Neocities for giving the opportunity to experience it in our year of 202whatever. This also means I have 0 HTML experience aside from extremely basic lessons back at computer class. So bear with me as I figure this out ^^'
